Very short. Largely autobiographical.
Judge Sotomayor:
Judicial philosophy: fidelity to the law. Task of judge is not to make law, but to apply it. Record reflects rigorous commitment to interpreting Constitution and laws according to their terms and hewing faithfully to circuit and Supreme Court precedent.
The process of judging is enhanced when the arguments and concerns of the parties are understood and acknowledged.
