Ed, I agree that Mike Seidman's statement in our Federalist Society debate is quite a bombshell. As the one who penned the short query that seems to have prompted his remark, I have to say I wasn't expecting it but I appreciate his candor and integrity. Is he only the first such defector?
I have my own summary of the difficulties Judge Sotomayor encountered today at the American Principles Project. And I'll be back on Bill Bennett's show tomorrow morning, and Thursday, at 6:30 a.m. EDT.
