Court Grants Review of Second-Amendment Incorporation Question [Ed Whelan]
The Supreme Court today granted review in the case of McDonald v. City of Chicago, which presents the question whether the Second Amendment applies against the states.
The upcoming term, which opens next Monday, already has a broad array of interesting cases. Worthwhile previews of the term include Jonathan Adler’s NRO piece from a couple weeks ago and a Wall Street Journal article from yesterday.
